Privacy Policy

CardCopilot (“we”, “us”) helps you find and optimise Indian credit cards. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible and never sell your personal data.

Information we collect

• Account details — your name and email when you sign up, used to authenticate you and send essential service messages.
• Cards and spending you enter — the cards you add and the spend figures you provide, used only to compute your recommendations and rewards.
• Usage data — basic, aggregated analytics (pages viewed, features used) to improve the product. This does not include the contents of your calculations.

You can use the calculator and card explorer without an account; in that case your inputs stay in your browser session and are not stored against an identity.

How we use it

We use your information to provide the service (compute recommendations, remember your cards), to keep the product secure, and to improve features. We do not use your spending data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors that run our service — for example hosting, database and email delivery providers — under agreements that limit them to acting on our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

You can view and update your account details in settings, and request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. When you delete your account we remove your personal data except where we are legally required to retain it.
